How to repair leaking side sprayer?

Hi Joshgibsonpgh, Thank you for your question. The diverter assembly is usually the issue with regards to a leaking side spray. The RP41702 diverter assembly is located under the spout. To gain access to the diverter you will have to unscrew the spout base counter-clockwise. Once the base is unscrewed you can pull up on the spout to remove it from the faucet body. The top of the diverter assembly is now visible and can be unscrewed with a coin. Once removed the diverter can be replaced. I have attached a link to the manual for the model P99578LF-SS-D below that contains the parts breakdown that will help with your repair.
Thanks,
Dave

The threaded insert where the bottle screws into broke off at the top of the interior threads stop. Can we buy just the threaded insert?

HI Irwcisi, Thank you for your question. The body assembly/threaded insert is not available as a separate item. The entire RP70710 soap dispenser will have to be replaced.
Thanks,
Dave

Single lever control for ease of operaton with one hand Integrated pull-out sprayer for easy pot filling and clean up 2 or 4-hole sink applications using optional escutcheon Matching soap dispenser included for added convenience

I install this product on a 3 holes sink.

I install this product on a 3 holes sink. So, no more holes for the soap dispenser. Do you sale separately 2 holes escutcheon to fit the soap dispenser, on a 3 holes sink?
Hi Simon, Thank you for your question. The model P18550LF-SD-W is made for a 2 or a 4 hole installation. We do not offer a 2 hole escutcheon to go with this model. You can cap the 3rd hole, add a beverage faucet or an additional soap/lotion dispenser to fill the additonal hole, or not use the soap dispenser as an alternative.
Thanks,
Dave

How do you remove the diverter

Low water pressure from both hot and cold sides but great pressures from sprayer.
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. To access the diverter first unscrew the spout base in a counter-clockwise direction. Once the base is unscrewed you should be able to pull the spout off of the faucet body. Use a coin to unscrew the diverter. I have attached a link to the parts breakdown of the model P99578LF-SS-D to help with your repair.
Thanks,
Dave

What's not plastic?

Hi, I know that there is some plastic used on this model. Can you tell me which parts are metallic and what type of metal is used for this faucet? Thank you.
Hi Lex, Thank you for your question. The handles, spout, and escutcheon are metal. Zinc and brass are the metals used.
Thanks,
Dave

Flow regulator...

Is there a water flow regulator on this model? If so, can it be removed?
Hi Lex, Thank you for your question. The model P299568LF does not have a flow regulator. The aerator rated at 1.8 gallons per minute controls the flow rate.
Thanks,
Dave

which line is for hot and which is for cold?

the copper tubes aren't marked for which one is hot....they are just different lengths....long one and short one...need to know which is which.
Hi DJH, Thank you for your question. The shorter line should be the hot, the longer line the cold.

can i get a side spray for a p88400lf

Hi Charles, Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly is available for your model P88400LF faucet. There is a supplier code on the back side of the escutcheon/base plate. If the code ends with an "A" then the part number for the sprayer is RP54807. If the code does not end with an "A", then the part number will be RP44125.
I have attached the manual for the P88400LF below which will show you where to find the code and the appropriate replacement parts.
Thanks,
Dave
