Replacement part for 76520WH

I was really bummed to see that this product has since been discontinued. If you come out with another 76520WH or very comparable product you can be sure I will buy ALL of them that the store has on the shelf. Once I am sold on a product I am a customer for LIFE.

The question I have is that the Peerless 76520WH I purchased many years ago (so I could have a backup in case the one I was using broke). Needless to say, the shower head and parts are difficult to replace. What I am looking for is the suction cup wall mount that came with the shower head. I don't believe that it was ever in the package as I had only opened it a month or so ago and there was no wall mount other than the faucet mount. Do you know where I may acquire one of these parts or is it only sold in a shower head package?

I look forward to your reply.
Hi Rachel, Thank you for your question. The model 76520WH contained the 5 settting handshower, hose, and shower arm mount. I cannot find any information that shows that this unit came with a suction cup wall mount. We do offer a suction cup wall mount separately as model 3006C161PK that comes in some of the dual showerhead kits with a stationary and handheld showerhead.
Thanks,
Dave

How do I remove the handle?

I'm trying to disassemble the handle. I have taken off the cap to get to the screw, and unscrewed it, but the handle still won't come off. Is there something I'm missing?
Hi Callybean, Thank you for your question. Once the screw located under the button on the handle is removed there is nothing mechanically holding the handle in place. Often mineral build up can make the handle harder to remove. We recommend soaking a small towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the handle and screw opening. Allow the solution to soak in and help break up the mineral build up. This process should make it easier to pull the handle off of the faucet.
Thanks,
Dave

Single lever control for ease of operaton with one hand Spout swivels 360 degrees for added convenience Side sprayer for easy pot filling and clean-up around the sink 4-hole sink application

can I leave off the sprayer?

Must I install the side sprayer when I install the faucet? Must it be installed other wise the side sprayer connector under the faucet will leak? Or can I leave if off and just use the spout?
Hi BigYin, Thank you for your question. If you do not wish to hook up the sprayer to the model P115LF-SS-W you would need to order and install the RP60295 quick connect plug. This plug will cap off the connection point for the sprayer under the faucet.
Thanks,
Dave

The hot lever will not lift off to change the stem vale.

I unscrew the top lever screw. The handle will not lift off.
Hi CR, Thank you for your question. Once the screw located under the hot or cold button is removed there is nothing mechanically holding the handle in place. Often mineral build up can make the handle harder to remove. We recommend soaking a small towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the handle and screw opening. Hi Lynn, Thank you for your question. The Peerless Faucet Company does not manufacture or sell the Peerless brand of toilets. They are made by Peerless Pottery.

New spring and rubber cap

When I removed the old spring and rubber cap for replacement, the rubber cap was firmly seated in the recess with the spring. The new cap doesn't seem to want to do the same thing. Is this correct? or should seat firmly as the old one did? Thanks in advance
Hi Tew, Thank you for your question. It is completely normal for the new spring that has yet to be compressed to prevent the rubber seat from fittting completely into the recessed opening during installation. Once the stem assembly is installed the seat and spring will be compressed into the opening in the valve body.
Thanks,
Dave

WHY IS WATER LEAKING FROM BASE OF FAUCET WHEN YOU TURN THE WATER ON?

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your question. Over time the seals in the faucet can wear with use and lead to a leak. I have attached the Care Instructions portion of the model P188900LF-SD owners manual that shows what parts to replace whether the leak is at the spout or valve.

Dual knob handles for precise temperature control Threaded spout end for easy hose attachment 3-hole 4" centerset sink application

What size (3/4" ?) adapter would allow me to add a swivel sprayer to this faucet and do you sell this adapter?

I've never seen a faucet that has such a narrow diameter. Don't know what to ask for in order to get an adapter for the threaded spout that would allow me to add a swivel spray (Faucet Queen)
Hi Oldschool, Thank you for your question. The aerator on the model P299232 faucet is made to accept 3/4" garden hose fittings. Unfortunately we do not offer an adapter to convert this thread size to a regular aerator thread pattern that would accept a swivel aerator.
Thanks,
Dave

where do i find a compression cartridge for this laundry faucet

Hi Laurie, Thank you for your question. The model P9232 faucet uses the Delta RP1740 stem assembly and RP4993 seats and springs to control the the water flow. These items can be ordered online or from your local retailer or wholesaler that sells Peerless/Delta products.
Thanks,
Dave

What repair kit do I need to stop a leaking faucet on this model?

Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The repair kit to the model P99685-WI faucet is the RP41701. You will want to change out the stem assembly, seat, and spring to stop the leak.
