Is it possible to extend the spigot?

The new tub lip is under the spigot opening. I would like to have it 1 to2 inches farther into the tub.
Hi Renoman, Thank you for your question. There is not a way to extend the RP44121 spout that comes in the model P188775 tub/shower faucet. We do offer longer spouts that may solve your issue. The RP44121 measures 5-11/32", the RP64721 diverter tub spout is 7" long.

why is the handle for the shower not turning all the way to the hot side?

The handle turns half way so the water is Luke warm. So it's at 90 degrees instead of 180.
Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. The motion of the handle on a single handle tub/shower faucet is approximately 90 degrees. Your Peerless faucet is equipped with a rotational limit stop located on the end of the cartridge that will allow you to set the max hot water temperature. Please refer to your owners manual for instructions on how to adjust the rotational limit stop and increase your water temperature.
Thanks,
Dave

Is the hot water supposed to be when you pull down towards the sink or when you push back?

I've read that the shorter line is normally for the hot water supply and the cold is the longer of the two, however the longer is labeled for hot on my faucet and the hot water is turned on when you pull down towards the sink with this installation according to the labeling of the supply line and the cold water is when you push back. What is standard on this? Are my lines reversed? Should hot water come on when you push up towards the wall?
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The hot water should be on when the handle is pushed back. Reversing your supply lines should solve the issue.
Thanks,
Dave

Where is the set screw

I looked and looked but could not find a set screw. Could there be another model similar to this that does not use a
Hi AJ, Thank you for your question. The set screw on the model WAS1X is located on the side of the handle base, under the lever portion of the handle. Although not used on this model you can check to see if there is a removable button on top of the handle that covers a screw that holds the handle on. You may also check to see if you can unscrew the entire handle base to remove the handle.
Thanks,
Dave

Why is me water coming out slow?

The pressure in my home is fine but the kitchen faucet is very slow. Do I need a diverter and if so does it go in the faucet base or the handle? What part do I need if not the diverter?
Hi Sal, Thank you for your question. We recommend that you remove the aerator from your model P188900LF-SD faucet and flush the faucet lines. Make sure the aerator is clean and free from debris. You may also want to check the water flow out of your supply stops. The faucet is rated at a max flow rate of 1.8 gallons per minute which is less than older faucet models that had 2.2 to 2.5 gpm flow rates.
Thanks,
Dave
